We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your KUVRD purchased. You may return or exchange all non-used items, in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your purchase. If it has been more than 15 days, we can offer you a store credit for the full amount paid within 30 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, the shipping fees you paid when making your order are non-refundable, however we will happily give you a full refund for your purchased product.

Customers have up to 30 days to initiate an exchange.

Note that items that are discounted by 25% or more during our site-wide sales are considered to be final sale.
