Where your order ships from

KUVRD ships from North America. Our warehouses are in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and in Chicago, Illinois.

Canadian and international orders ship from Toronto. US orders ship from Chicago or from Toronto, depending on where the item is stocked.

Wherever your order leaves from, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives, and no brokerage or customs invoice on delivery.

US shipping

• Standard tracked shipping (3-7 business days): from $6 USD
• Free standard shipping on orders $100 USD and over

Canada shipping

• Standard tracked shipping (2-8 business days): from $8 CAD
• Free standard shipping on orders $100 CAD and over

Remote northern territories ship at a flat rate and are not eligible for free shipping. Your exact rate is shown at checkout.

International shipping

Rates vary by weight and destination. Your exact rate is shown at checkout.

• Standard tracked shipping: 5-15 business days, with most orders arriving within 10
• Express tracked shipping: typically 4-8 business days

Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. If you return an item, those charges are refunded with it.

Processing

Orders placed before 11 AM EST are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders placed after 11 AM EST are processed within 1-2 business days of the following day.
