How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business until we process and ship your order. We take this processing time to make sure that we pack your order with care and accuracy. Business days exclude holidays and weekends. Please be aware that "pre-order" items are shipped on the date that is stated under the product description.

How long are shipping transit times?

Standard Canada: 2-7 business days

Express Canada: 1-3 business days

Standard USA: 3-6 business days

Express USA: 1-3 business days

International Standard: 4-28 business days

International Express: 1-7 business days

Estimate time of delivery is stated at checkout. Shipping transit times are only estimates and are not a guarantee as delays by couriers can happen that are out of our control. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout before proceeding with the payment. KUVRD is not responsible for duties and taxes outside of North America.

What is a "pre-order" and when will it be shipped?

Pre-order means you are ordering an item in advance before it is ready. We state an item is a pre-order on the product description, a warning pop up, and also at checkout to best communicate this to our customer

Do you ship pre-orders and in-stock items together?

Yes -  If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be held until it can all be shipped together. If you want in-stock items before the pre-order is ready, please order separately in two separate orders as they will be shipped separately and shipping rates would apply for each order and shipment separately.

What can I do if I put the wrong shipping address?

 If your items have not shipped please email us ASAP to have the address switched. However, if your item has shipped it will be returned back to our shipping facility. You will be responsible to cover the shipping cost to have the items reshipped out.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?

You may cancel or make a change on your order only before your order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as you place your order so we can better assist you. No cancellations or changes can be made after the order has been processed.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our goal is to create the most enjoyable customer experience. Any product can be returned (in its original condition) for a full refund (except shipping) within 15 days of the delivery date. If you would like to exchange or you have passed the 15-day refund window, we can exchange or give store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If you need to make a return, please send the unworn/ unused product in its original condition to our address and email us to start the return process.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Paypal, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Sezzle (buy now, pay later).
